Considering taking the math activities you would normally do inside and bring them outside for a start. Then search for and point out the ways that math can be all around us, even outdoors. Counting is easily integrated into your trips outdoors, shape spotting, tree measurement, observing and making patterns, are just a few more studies that can be done outside.
